HP SDSS can't see ScanJet 9000

I'm installing on Windows 7 64bit. I have tried just installing the "ISIS/TWAIN Drivers and Utilities", as well "TWAIN Driver and Utilities" after installing just the ISIS components. SDSS does not see the scanner.

Tried turning off and on again (because that fixed the ScanJet 5000), but no luck there.

I am able to open up "Devices and Printers" and scan from there (TWAIN). I'm able to open our internal application and use the scanner (ISIS).

I'm using SDSS 3.1.1. Any ideas of what I'm missing?

I installed the "Twain driver and utilities", and actually installed the utilities portion. This resolved the issue.

The utilities portion from the "ISIS/TWAIN driver and utilities" does not work.

Hopefully that helps someone else.
