If you are a customer with a support contract, we would like to invite you to join us in either the Operations Manager for Unix Support Customer Forum or the Operations Manager for Windows Support Customer Forum starting May 3rd, where HP product experts will be online for 24 hours to answer questions regarding:
Our products are evolving and integrating with other products at a rapid pace. Not long ago there was just an OMU and OMW Management Server and agents. Now HP offers numerous SPIs, built in performance monitoring functionality and integrations with other BSM products. Come ask our Product Managers your roadmap questions.
Heart Beat Polling is a useful functionality to alert you if a problem exist with a monitored node. The Management Server can contact the agents to check status, or the agents can be configured to update the server with its status. Experts are available to answer your questions on this crucial monitoring functionality.
What is an Online Expert Day?
Online Expert Day is an event when HP product, R&D, support, pre-sales, and professional services team members and other employees join our online forums to answer your toughest technical questions. Expert Days give you a chance to talk directly with the HP Experts.
How do Expert Day events work?
Starting at 6:30 AM Central European Time ( 00:30 AM Eastern Standard Time), log into to either the Operations Manager for Unix Support Customer Forum or the Operations Manager for Windows Support Customer Forum and post your questions.
HP Experts will be online for 24 hours in this forum and will do their best to answer your questions. They may need to get some more information from you so please check the box "email me when someone replies." An online conversation will be born!
To participate you do need access to the Operations Manager for Unix Support Customer Forum or the Operations Manager for Windows Support Customer Forum.
If you don’t have access please add your support agreement ID (SAID) to your HP Passport profile and login again.
