That's a bit drastic isn't it :) .

When connecting to the HP TRIM v7.1 Web Client, an error is encountered when loading that states:

  • Unable to set client time zone on server

This error is usually accompanied by an error in the Windows Application Event log, which is logged on the IIS Web Server that hosts the HP TRIM v7.1 Web Client.  This error is reported by System.ServiceModel 3.0 and states within the stacktrace:

  • Could not load the file or assembly 'App_Web_XXXXXX' or one of its dependencies

To resolve this error:

  1. Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\ (or WINNT instead of Windows)
  2. Identify the folder which corresponds to the IIS Web Site encountering the problem and back it up
  3. Stop IIS by going to the command prompt and entering 'iisreset /stop'.
  4. Delete the folder which corresponds to the IIS Web Site encountering the problem
  5. Restart IIS by going to the command prompt and entering 'iisreset /start'

The request for grid columns failed is a time out with the search you are trying to do, try putting in a tag before the search and you will see it wont happen as much.  I found it completely went away when I finally got it into a production iis server.
