I would like to inform you that HP ALM/QC 11.00 and HP ALM/QC 11.5x are two different fersions of HP ALM product.
This means that you cannot patch your HP ALM 11.00 to HP ALM 11.5x.
You need to install HP ALM 11.5x on different clean server and then to upgrade/migrate your HP ALM 11.00 to HP ALM 11.5x.

did you mean, you want to upgrade to the latest patch level for QC 11.0?
you can browse and download the latest patches from http://support.openveiw.hp.com
go to advanced search and choose your version, check only patches.
QC patches are cumulative...so, if you apply the latest patch, that should suffice
