I'm facing a issue in integrating the Service desk with Quality center Now
In QC,When i try to choose the tools ->Sap tools ->field Mapping
I get this following error,
"The Number of Required fields in QC is different from the number of required support message fields in Application;
< Application:Server:Client > Make sure the Number of required fields is equal in both Systems before you continue"
What settings i have to maintain in SAP/QC to get the values ?
Your help on this is much appreciated !
