Launch Report button is disabled in QC10

The launch report button is disabled in QC10 for the executed automation scripts in Test Lab. Thus we are not able to view/verify the detailed QTP script results/reports in QC.
The Patch is 5. Do we need an upgrade here?
Help us to resolve this.

I would try to re-install the QTP Add-In for QC. Go to the QC start screen (just myserver:port/qbin without the start_a.htm) and select "Add-in Page", "More Add-ins" or use this direct link:

http://update.external.hp.com/qualitycenter/qc100/index.html

Then select and install the "QuickTest Professional Add-in". Maybe you still have QC 9.2 QTP Add-In on your machine?
