1). If I already have existing test scripts and want to pull them into Quality Center, how do I do that within the test module in QC? I know if you choose QuickTest from the list it will bring up QTP and wait for you to create new test scripts but what if I already have some. (we are currently using Quality Center 8.2)
2). If I have a different application that I want to conduct a manual test on, how do I get the URL to automatically open when I run it?
Thanks for your help!

here are the steps to save existing scripts in QC.
1 . Open the existing script from QTP.
2. Click on File --> Connect to Quality Center
3. it will open Quality Center connection dialog.
4. Give the QC URL in server field and click on Connect.
5. give user name and password and click on authenticate button.
6. select a Project and module and click on "Connect" button.
7. Click on Close button.
now click on File --> Save as
it will open save as dialog box. The u will see Quality Center button. click on it. it will open Quality Center dialog.and all folder structure will display at left side. select a project folder where u want to save the script and click on Save. now it will save ur script in QC.
before this u must install Quality Center Add in for QTP.( If u didnt get this please send a mail i can attach the screen shot)
for ur second question use User Defined Environment Variable which is stored in a XML file.

My main problem is that I have 100s of automated test written with QTP on a special server. I really dont' want to have to import them one at a time into QC. Any suggestions?
