While importing test cases through excel addin observed error at step 1 of wizard'The General error has occured:'The required ALMclient files have not been downloaded'
I have registered client and Quality Center Connectivity.Please refer to attached snapshot.
QC build info :

Make sure you have opened the browser on the client from which you run Excel, i.e., open the browser and update via the browser, then use excel add-in.
Make sure the excel add-in version matches the browser ALM version.

i am getting the same error with HPQC ALM 11.5 and Office 2007.
can you please help me?
I dont have the QC explorer installed on my computer.

I also experiencing this error and don't have idea how to resolve. Could you please kindly provide more detailed solution and I haven't installed QC explorer on my PC too.
