We have the need to specifically pick the start and end dates of a project to see the trends throughout the project timeline. For example, from March 1 2010 to June 15 2010. Does anyone know if this can be done?

I did look at what you suggested, however. I am not sure how to 'grab the graph data'. I can view the data underneath each period in the report (i.e. it groups it per month even when I specify 'All Days'), but there is no option to 'export to excel' or even copy/paste or anything like that for the detailed data.

Anyone know any other 'quick' way to manipulate QC for the info?

If I correctly understand your requirements, it looks like I may be working on something very similar.
I just completed my query, and it seems to run all right -- but I wouldn't mind another set of eyes on the code.
All my code is in my post, located here:
I hope this helps you. Please let me know.

where bg_detection_date between DATEADD(wk, DATEDIFF(wk,28,getdate()), 4)
and DATEADD(wk, DATEDIFF(wk,0,getdate()), 4)

Let me know if that helps.
My SQL skills are also basic, but I have joined some new forums to try to learn from those who are a lot more advanced than I am. :)
