Quality Center and Windows 7

I'm using Windows 7, and failing to connect to Quality Center.

When I use Internet Explorer, the browser attempts to install Mercury Quality Center Version 9.0, and then I get a blank page. When I try the same URL in QCExplorer, I get a “Cannot find server.” Message. I’d appreciate any ideas.

Go to the following address and download and install the Client manually.
