Project Risk not displaying in Program window

HI Team,

Currently we are using PPM 7.5 SP6 and have a project request with multiple risks which are being displayed in Risk Portlet in Program window. however the beta environment with 9.1 does not show the Project associated Risks on the Risk Portlet on Program window.

Both the environments have same configuration and there are not additional changes between these 2 environments.

Please reply back with resolution if any one already faced this issue.

Thanks

Bharath

Re: Project Risk not displaying in Program window

Hi Barath,

please check if you have a custom validation for the Risks to be shown. There is a known issue / I'm not sure if it was classified defect or validation behind that problem. when using a custom validation for Risks (and the same applies to either Scope Changes or Issues), this will occur.

Once you get back with your answer, I will check the known problems.

Best regards,

Dirk

Re: Project Risk not displaying in Program window

Hi Bharath,

I don't have any information from you regarding the version that yuo are using.

Workaround:

Use default validations which come with the application

Fix:

QCCR1L43388, released in 8.04 and 9.14. Please check the Release Notes of the corresponding versions accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Dirk
