We are having user issues with opening the workbench. The Pop-up screen appears, but no error message displays after time passed. It stays in the "Verifying Java" state and doesnt change from there. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Check to make sure that a supported version of the Java plug-in is installed on the PPM server. The Compatibility Matrix and System Requirements (PDF) provides you the list of supported Java plug-in versions.
Also verify if you get the same error message when you try to open the workbench from both "Open workbench" and "Open workbench on Desktop"
