Execution Step Stay Stucked on Cache Flush

Hi,

I'm updating table components via PL/SQL and after that directing to execution step for cache flush. Until recently, I did not have a problem related to the issue but execution step stopped while cache flush and I cannot move to previous or next workflow step.

I'm operating on PPM 9.14.

Swift reply will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Re: Execution Step Stay Stucked on Cache Flush

How you are clearing the cache...

Are you using ksc_flush_cache or calling kRunCacheManager.sh

Can you share the command logs.... you can go to status section on the particular request id page and then can click on the logs for that particular execution step.

Or can go to <PPM_ROOT>/logs/<request_id> directory to open the logs.... or check the server.logs

Cheers..

Re: Execution Step Stay Stucked on Cache Flush

I have same problem too on PPM 9.14

I clear the cache with calling kRunCacheManager.sh

There are new log files on our PPM_ROOT, is there any way to get older logs (1 week or older).

Thanks for help.

Re: Execution Step Stay Stucked on Cache Flush

You can get all the logs history for the requests under

<PPM_ROOT>\logs\REQ_<REQUEST_ID>

or by URL

http://<HOST>:<PORT>/itg/logs/REQ_105219/REQ_105219.html

Note: replace request_id in above URL

Cheers..
