I can't find a definitive answer to this question (spent ages looking at all the HP docs), I have a ML350 G5 with dual quad CPUs and I want to upgrade to 32Gb of RAM.
This will require 8 x 4Gb modules and I would like to know if this can be quad-ranked memory as HP on seem to spec dual-ranked.
If anyone could give me a definite answer I would be most grateful.

For ML350 G5, populating 32 GB memory you can use Dual Rank Kit or Low Power Dual Rank Kit memory. The information is available in the quick specs under the category 'Memory':

Thanks for that info, I had already read it as per my pervious post, I know the HP specs say dual-ranked but will the ML350G5 support quad-ranked memory of the same size as dual-ranked and if so are there any implications?
