When connecting Cisco equipment to my 8212zl (also other procurves) Im always getting TX drops. Especially it happes to Cisco routers. I have tried to set both the 8212zl and the Ciscos on static 1000FDX or 100FDX, but still im getting drops.
What can I do to prevent this ?, the Cisco community blames the procurve (no suprise).

Auto/auto is what im always using, Im aware that this is the best practice. Yet the procurves drops more packets with auto/auto, than with 1000FDX static.
This is only happning with Cisco devices, and only with wired RJ45, not with fiber modules.
