I have an M551DN that's displaying an 89.19.5C error and stops printing until it gets power cycled. After power cycling, it's fine until another couple of weeks and it shows up again. There isn't much in terms of troubleshooting information to tell me what this error is or what it relates to (other than the control panel saying it affects printing and to power cycle it). Does anyone have any information about it?

M500 and M600 series LaserJet printers will fail with an 89.19.5C error every 21 days.
WORKAROUND: This failure can be avoided by preemptively restarting the printer before the failure.
CAUSE: This failure is entirely spurious and does not indicate any failure of the printer or its components. The failure results from the misinterpretation of a value as a counter whose value gives approximately 21 days, rather than a flag meant to represent infinity. HP is aware of the issue and is working towards a solution in a future firmware roll.
Upgrade the printer firmware to CPE 11.3 or greater.
CPE 11.3 firmware consists of the following firmware date codes:
LaserJet 600 series: 2131305_192069 17 Dec 2011
LaserJet 500 series: 2131305_192070 17 Dec 2011
If CPE 11.3 or newer firmware is not available, the current workaround is to power cycle the printer at least once every 20 days or less. This can be done manually at the printer or remotely through Web Jetadmin (WJA). It can also be automated through the use of a configuration template and a scheduled configuration in WJA
