Terry,
The maintenance kit comprises :-
a replacement fuser,
a transfer roller,
a transfer-roller tool,
eight feed rollers,
one pair of disposable gloves and
Includes instructions for installing each component.
You will find the following HP animations useful for replacing each component :-
http://h20464.www2.hp.com/resultsCSR.htm?prodSerie sId=3558788&MEID=AB918073-B8E7-4588-901D-2D053F249 ...
Just click on the appropriate items on the left-hand-side of that link. You will also need to reset the maintenance kit counter on the printer itself - see the attached page for that info.
Good luck, regards
Ken

Hi,
I just installed a maintenance kit for my 4014n and followed all of the instructions, but when I got to this part:
1. Turn the product power off and then on.
2. When XXX MB appears on the control-panel display, press and hold down the OK button until all three control-panel lights flash once, and then stay on. This might take up to 10 seconds.
3. Release the OK button and press the up arrow to scroll to NEW MAINTENANCE KIT.
4. Press OK to reset the maintenance-kit counter.
"NEW MAINTENANCE KIT" is not one of the menu options. The only options are:
SELECT LANGUAGE
SELF TEST
COLD RESET
EMBEDDED LAN DISABLE
So I'm stuck. Anyone have any ideas for how to get my 4014n to recognize the new maintenance kit?
Thanks!
Jon
