Problem: Not printing.
This problem just started up this morning after it printed a few jobs.
Turned it off and back on three times and the same error code came up: Service Error 49.3048.
What kind error code is it?
Can I do something to fix it?
It is a fatal error?

Bringing this topic back from the dead once again,
Our company is having the same issue also, and this is mainly from printing PDFs. It is a sporadic issue that reoccurs. We are able to get the printer functional again by
-Clearing the client computers Print Queue
- Power Cycling the printer
and this will return the printer to a ready printing state. But every so often, the same particular user will encounter the same issue again. What can be done to fix this and keep it from re-occuring?
All I can find in the manual for this issue is that this is a firmware issue and there is no real solution described in the User Guide on how to fix it.
