The best resolution other than trying to track down the data corruption point, which can be really difficult, is to just install the PCL5 driver for your printer model. Here's the starting point to get it.
Pick the one for your printer model, not the "universal" driver.
Click on the named link for it rather than the Download button. That way you'll have instructions for installing it.
