I am receiving two error messages on a P4015: 50.9 Fuser error and 41.8 Printer error.
I did a search on the 50.9 Fuser error within the business forums, but I found that the 50.9 error can mean something different for different printers. I ended up buying a fuser for the printer, because the co-workers are complaining of the printer not printing anything. I ordered a fuser because of a technician mentioning in another post that the fuser may be faulty, and that it does happen.
But if the new fuser does not work, what would my next step be? I can't find the 50.9 error anywhere on support documents!

Regarding the 50.9 error: it is a high fuser temperature error.
The manual suggests checking all connections and verify that J82 on the DC Controller is firmly seated.
Replace the fuser unit, replace High Voltage pcb (if fuser did not fix it).
