P2015dn Error Light

P2015dn shows light error code as following:

yellow paperjam and yellow toner. This error code doesn't shows on Hp support documents. Please help me to get this fixed. what does this error indicate?

The problem is not always consistant. it goes away if i restart the printer few times. It is very annoying users that can't print time to time. Help..

You have the typical formatter issue on this printer.  It is cold solder joints for the main processor.  It can be fixed over 95% of the time using a baking technique.  See below it works.

Remove the formatter board and remove tape by memory slot if there. Prop up on four corners and place in a baking pan chips facing up and make sure the bottom of the board does not touch the pan. Preheat regular oven to 350F (177C), place in oven for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool for 30 minutes and put back in printer. The instructions above work 100% of the time when the formatter has cold solder joints on the main processor. Link to service manual below if you need to see how to remove formatter:
