Not printing true colors

The RED has seemed to have lost its brilliance, and prints not to true color. I am using Corel Draw, and word docs. Using genuine hp carts, and tried a new one. NO go.

I have a friend with the same problem.

Nice to know your printer, but suspect you might have a 2600, 2650, CM1015, or CM1017. If so, check the attachment for possible solution. Very common problem on this line of machines.
