Laserjet P2035n, No paper message shows up everytime I try to print.

When I try to print something the no paper message comes up and says load paper into tray 1. I don't want to use tray one and I put the paper in tray 2. It won't print unless I press the go button. How would I fix this?

Also It only does this on certain documents.

You have a paper size and/or type mismatch causing the problem.  The fact that you have to press the button is the printer asking you if you want to use whatever paper and type it thinks is in trayh 2.  Run a config page from the information menu to see what size and type paper the printer thinks is in tray 2.

I printed the config page and all the trays say letter. That is the type of paper I am using. Like I said it is ask to put paper in tray 1 which I have closed and I am not using that tray.

We are having the same issues but I have found it to be our print driver from Citrix (Uniprint)  causing the issue. When I print local I have no issues.

I have a 2025 which sounds similar and I solved that problem by going into the "preferences" tab under devices (win 7) for the printer and changing the default settings from tray 1 to tray 2. See if that helps.
