I've looked around internet to try to solve this issue, apparently it's a windows update that threw off some dll files installed by HP.
So I downloaded the AM-AMEA-5.1 drivers for windows 7, uninstalled the old drivers and installed the new ones on the computer.
We are still unable to print any Office documents (outlook, excel, word).
The only way to print is to convert a document in PDF, then it works.
This is really a big problem for my little business as we need to print all day and it's essential to my activity.
Here is the error:
PCL XL error
Error: InternalError 0x50
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem please?
Thank you very much.

PCL XL errors only occur with pcl6 drivers. You could try the universal pcl5 driver at the link below:
You could also try the postscript driver.

Thank you very much for your reply David.
I've reinstalled for the 5th time the PCL6 drivers (before your answer) since we desperatly needed to print and seems it's printing from office documents again.
How long it's going to last no idea, but once I get this error again I'll switch to those drivers I downloaded.

The solution described there worked briefly for a Win 7 64 installation, after cycling printer OFF and back ON. Unfortunately, the problem is back for subsequent print requests.
