We recently setup a LaserJet P2055dn for one of our clients. This printer is on the network and has been setup locally on each computer that uses it. The problem we are having with it is that when printing a multi-page document, it pauses for up to 10 seconds between pages. Our clients are frequently printing 50+ page documents so the pause is affecting their work.
I have tried installing two different drivers on their PCs (PCL 5 UPD and PCL 6 [from install package for the printer]) without success. All other printers in the office are working properly including the one that the P2055 replaced. We have also tried installing the drivers on their server and sharing the printer from there but we are still left with the same problem.
The computers that it was installed on are Windows 7 64-bit and Windows XP 32-bit. We did install the drivers on a Windows 7 32-bit machine and it was able to print without pausing.
We have spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting the issue and at this point, we are stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try setting using printer's web pages tray 2 paper type to plain (not any type !!) and A4 size (or letter, but NOT any size!).
If that doesn't help, under printer properties - advanced - new driver - select Laserjet 2200 - apply, and than try printing.
Check if duplex works...
