LaserJet 4350dtn 13.20.00 jam in tray 2 error

I have read alot of the threads and I stil cannot get rid of my error on this printer.  Even when I leave the drawer 2 out of the printer the error still shows.

What am I doing wrong?  Is there any other suggestions.  I took the printer apart  several times, did the floss thing, and still the error still is there.

Help!

The 13.20 jam can be caused also by a defective fuser unit.

Make sure to remove all the paper from the paper path and if the jam still shows try a new fuser.

Re: LaserJet 4350dtn 13.20.00 jam in tray 2 error

My assumption is the message is on the printer when you turn it on.  Sometimes when you open and close the top cover you may get a clearing path message and then the error comes back.  If so the issue is a piece of paper stuck behind the tray 1 assembly or the sensor flag a little to the left of center on the paper feed assembly behind tray 1 as become stuck in the down position.  You will have to remove tray 1 to gain assess to remove the paper or free up the sensor flag.  To free up the sensor flag you need to apply a bit of pressure to release it.  Once released it will work just fine.  Common issue on this series.  Below is a link to the service manual if you want to try and do it yourself.
