LJ4015n 41.08.00 Printer Error - What is it, how to fix it?

We have a LJ4015n that keeps getting this error 41.08.00 "Printer Error" and the printer has to be power cycled before it will print again; it's getting very frustrating for the user.  Does anyone know what the problem is and how to resolve it?

Thank You.

the printer is detecting a paper incompatibility. You need to make sure the settings in the tray and software application are the same as well as what you have configured on the control panel. Your tray settings might be slightly off. If running letter make sure the adjustments within the tray are set to letter. What is happening inside the printer, the printer is expecting a length of paper that is not matching what is being pass through the printer.
