Hello have you tried a firmware update? Usually that would fix many of the 49 error codes. Check for the latest firmware update, also I would power down the machine disconnect from the network and power on see if the error goes away this way you can rule out if it was a corrupt file or something.
Hope this helps....

This crash occurs beacuse the Formatter board is not connected properly to the engine board behind.
Please re-seat the formatter board firmly in the engine and try again. this will surely fix the issue.

Printing files with unsupported programming commands.
A unique combination of user environment and user interactions with the product.
Interfacing with a third-party solution that was not designed to work with the product.
Specific timing, network traffic, or concurrent processing of jobs.
Each of these interactions could cause the product firmware to initiate an action that the product cannot accomplish. In situations like this, the product might present the error if it has no other option. When these errors occur, the only way to recover is to turn the products power off and back on.
Please follow the following steps to resolve the issue :
Kindly check the firmware date code & version from the configuration page and if required please upgrade it to the latest one.
