Issues Printing Envelopes with a 2035N -PLEASE HELP

Hello:

WE have a new 2035N and we can't stack envelopes in the printer. When we do it errors after it prints the first envelope. We have to hit the "green" button on top of unit to allow it to print another.

This is a huge issue as we need to print stacks of labeled envelopes at a time and we are reduced to one at a time.

There is a special tool in Microsoft Word that will automatically create an envelope for you. All you need to do is insert your return address and the recipient’s address. But, if you want, you can also customize the envelope to suit your needs.

To open the envelope tool, simply click Tools>>Letters and Mailings>>Envelopes and Labels.
