Error: Unable to store job at printer
Reason: Insufficient disk space for this job
Solution: Delete some files from the disk before resending this job
There is no internal HDD, just RAMdrive, any suggestions?

Ok, upon further investigation, according to the print queue on the server, there is a HDD installed, although browsing the printer, nothing is mentioned.
The printer has 64Mb and has been working fine for a year or so. Prints being sent are small docs.
Could this be a failure of the existing RAM?
Is there a way of clearing down jobs that may be stored on the HDD if this could be causing it?

If you want initialize your Hard Disk, HP says that you have to use Web Jetadmin and the Device Storage Manager plug-in:
