HP P2015dn Error Condition

We have a P2015dn that shows a constant 'paper jam' error light, but there is NO paper jam of any type or size. Is there any way to clear the error light?

Does the motor turn when you turn on the printer or when you open and close the toner door. That light can mean many things including jam, cover open, toner not installed, etc. If the motor turns then there is not jam condition and one of the other items is at fault. If the motor does not turn, then the printer thinks it has a jam which usually means one of the sensor flags in the paper path is in the wrong position.
