HP Laserjet 1320 recurring fatal error

For the past couple of months or so, our laserjet printer has been experiencing fatal errors. This printer handles all of our library's workload, but we only have five small computers, of which at most we have two jobs printing, at max. HP support was contacted, but they never replied, and that was three months ago. If anyone could suggest a solution, it would be deeply appreciated.

Information is needed if you want help. What are the errors? What you posted tells us nothing other than you have a printer not working. Details please!

The lights flash and nothing prints. The printer must be shut down, left to wait for 10 seconds or so, powered up and then a print job must be sent immediately or it stops again. This must be repeated for every job. The manual call this a 'fatal error.'

Nevermind, cleaned the pickup roller and the problem disappeared (for now). Sorry for the bother to you all.
