After a firmware upgrade from 04.120.1 to 04.130.4 the printer serial number on the configuration page says XXXXXXXXXX instead of the real serial no. I have rebootet the printer after the firmware update. It says the same. How can I fix it ?

You can do it via the service menu ... see the attached pdf.

It worked with the serial number. I have changed that, but can also see that the Model Number says: CXXXXA
Do you know where to fix that ?

That I don't know. You can almost certainly do this via something called PML (which is part of something called PJL). PML is a bit like SNMP - it uses MIB files and OIDs ; I've just started looking at this myself but having problems ; if I get further I'll let you know.

OK. It is not a big problem but it would be great to have the documentation in order. I also have + 50 of these machines and I don't want to upgrade the firmware if it corrupts the serial+model no.
