HP 9000DN error messages

I have come across a Service Error message 49.2e02 on a HP 9000DN printer. After restarting the printer the problem reoccurs. What does this Service Error message 49.2e02 mean? and how can it be resolved?

The 49 error can be hard to troubleshoot because it can be caused by several different things. (General Error). First start by trying to narrow down the cause. Does it only occur when printing a certain doc? (Software caused) Does it power up directly to the error. (Hardware caused) If it is hardware, eliminate all accessories from the printer until the error goes away. This can help narrow down the issue.
