Error 345 when Faxing

I am getting error 345 - Please try again later when trying to fax on a HP 4215 model. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi Karen,

Any resolution so far? if not try the below steps

1) Retryt the fax reception at a different time when telephone line conditions have improved. Call the telephone provider if line conditions fail to improve.
2) Disable ECM. Errors might still occur, and might result in a degraded image quality on the received page. However, the ability to send the entire document will be improved. Click here for instructions on enabling and disabling ECM (c00060802) (in English).
3) Try sending at a lower transmission speed.
