We have a CP3525dn which was installed in October 2010. It keeps coming up with a 59.F0 error, which relates to the transfer unit. We have to open the right hand door, remove & replace the transfer unit and then turn the printer off and on again.
It seems quite early in its life to have developed a faulty transfer unit. Before I get onto HP for a new unit under warranty, I thought I'd see if anyone else has come across this issue and if there is another solution.

If it is under warranty then let hp fix it on their dime. Just call customer care and if they can not fix it over the phone, then they will offer options to include taking it to an authorized service provider for repair which will probably be faster then having them send you a replacement unit.

This error is an error that occurs when the ITB does not rotate correctly. The problem can be also related to the sensing mechanism of the ITB or the driving gears... Please contact HP support if your printer is under warranty and they will be able to help you.
