CP1215 Calibration

Hi all. I've had the CP1215 for about 5 months and used it for 90% black printing. I've gone through approx. 1400 prints with it so far. I set it to print to grayscale by default.

It's been a few months since I tried to print in color, and when I do, there is some major shadowing. It would appear that the magenta is from 1/16 to 1/8" "higher" than the rest of the print.

I noticed that it calibrates automatically once or twice a day, and I also tried a manual calibration from the HP toolbox, with no change in the results.

The color cartridges all show that they are very low on toner (1 print left, which it has shown for about the last 150 prints), but I don't think that would have anything to do with it.

Any suggestions?
