49.FF95 SERVICE ERROR on Laserjet 4250n

it´s a new printer and it gives me the following error message
"49. FF95 SERVICE ERROR"
in the display, and when i disable Embedded Lan it run whitout network

A critical firmware error has occurred.
Turn the printer power off, leave it off for 20 minutes, then power on.

If the message persists, contact your reseller.

Your printer is new, so under warranty.

Before contacting you dealer make sure it is not a document you are trying to print which is causing the error. The 49 error is a firmware error and most of the time it is because a document confuses the printer either with its coding or composition. Sometimes just updating the firmware on your printer will fix it. Sometimes copying the ofending file to another file and printing the new file will solve the issue. Clear out the printq so nothing is being sent to the printer. Now reactivate the network card and first try with a simple test page and work from there.
