4200 Duplex Problem - Possible Legal Solutions?

Some of the secretaries are having trouble printing properly from Legal Solutions because of the duplex feature. They want it turned off. We have turned off the option in the Legal Solutions program as well as on the printer with no success. With any other program, the printing is fine as it does not duplex. It seems to be happening to any printer that has the capability to print duplex. Is there a certain spool for LS that has the option? We are running on the 5PCLe driver.

Re: 4200 Duplex Problem - Possible Legal Solutions?

If you are printing a two-sided form, a dialog box opens instructing you that when the current page finishes printing you should reinsert the page to print the second side. If this occurs, reinsert the paper and click OK.

You can prevent this dialog box from appearing by setting the preference Don’t Stop for Duplexing. Set preferences by choosing the Preferences command on the Setup menu in the Client List window.

If you are printing on a duplex printer, both sides of the page will be printed automatically, and you will not see the dialog box instructing you to stop for duplexing.
