Server is Windows 2008R2 (x64)
I can install the printer and print from the server without issues. I can print from a x64 client without issues. I CANNOT print from a 32bit client.
A 32bit client sends the print job to the queue and it just waits there. It wont print. If I restart the print spooler it prints just the most recent 32bit job.
I have the most current drive (220.127.116.11) and have updated the firmware on the 1022n to the newest (20061215) but that hasnt worked.
there are no errors for the 1022n in the event viewer..
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Exact same issue here this morning... I manged to resolve by changing the printer prefs on the 2008 R2 system
1) Untick render jobs at client
2) Untick bi-directional support
Delete and re-add printer on the x86 client, cross fingers, click print.
Hope this helps!

I am having the same problem, I will try that and see. I am running a win 2K8R2 Server core installation print server. It's a WIN7 machine that has the problem. Seems to print from server fine, but also seems to print from my 32bit and 64bit WIN7 machines. Don't know what would cause it just to be this particular win7 machine. but the job does get stuck in queue and it does spit it out the last 32bit job after I restarted the spooler. Thanks!

I have tried disabling bidirectional support and process job at client and the problem persists, however, when the job is printed, illegible garbage comes out and continues to print until the job is cancelled. I thought this was a driver issue, however the printer has worked in the past.
Not sure what to do next
