Deskjet 890c paper feed mechanism

The rollers turn, but the paper tray fails to rise up and/or the rollers fail to drop to pick up paper. This resulted after a paper jam was removed. Power off, no effect. Actuator arm is in correct position. Is there any other part that may be stuck? Replace or outside repair is not an option. Is there any source for detailed picture of paper feed mechanism/operations?
A gazillion thanks for any response!

Re: Deskjet 890c paper feed mechanism

this link is no longer available. my 890C paper feed rollers - left and center rollers pick up paper, right roller does not, causing a paper jam. i have tried cleaning the rollers and used a revitalizing rubber product which helped a little. is there instructions on how to replace the rollers? i have an old 870c deskjet for parts. thanks
