Business Inkjet 1200 keeps printing alignment page

I have a USB connected 1200 which prints an alignment page each time the printer is turned on and after every print job. I have the same printer in another room set-up at the same time and that works fine. Tried online troubleshooting but no luck then saw a similar entry on this forum but with no reply as yet. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem. It happens even when using a regular printer connection. If you get an answer let me know.

Try updating your firmware.

well i have the same problem, i upgrade my firmware and now my printer is crashed help me
