HP device alert:
Event:Continuable error - Printing. Printheads limiting performance
this message will not stop even after i have replaced every printhead whether it needed to be replaced or not. is there a way to tell which head is the problem they all say OK and in warranty

Sorry no one has replied and no answer from HP I have changed out the printheads several times since then and I still get the same message more often than not. I have also had an HP service tech out for other reasons and mentioned it to him and of course the problem didn't surface at that time. if you find out please let me know.

since we have some error these day, we will call a technician. I will ask him about the printer head problem, maybe he has some information. I will report.
