cp1700 print problem

Hello, for all :)
Our HP cp1700 on A3 paper always print some number of thin color line's 1-3 cm lenght's. On A4 this line's appear rarely. How to fix this issue ?

Hi Andrej, to solve your problem you are going to have to do the following, empty out your service station. Once that is done you must take out your printer heads, with some soft toilet paper you must clean the contacts on the printer heads, you must also clean under the print heads using some soft toilet paper and distilled water after that is done put the heads back in and try printing again and see what happens. Any other questions donâ t hesitate to ask.

i have same problem, but i cleaned the contacts and problem continues.
