Hi Pierre and Merry Christmas,
Good that you are technically oriented. As you could notice that the error code is not listed in the Service Manual! Sometimes the error appears transiently and if you rest the plotter for 15 minutes the error may vanish.
Otherwise, when the plotter sometimes panics and can not map the correct error code for a worn part, it displays the closest to it which i can guess "21:10" Service Station (SVS) failure! Try removing the SVS cable from the Interconnect PCA and see if the same error appears. If yes replace the SVS, but make sure the Fitmware is the latest at www.designjet.hp.com
Remove the HP GL/2 and the Jetdirect cards if installed and turn it on.
