System error 79:04
I have updated the firmware, replaced the USB cord, replaced ink cartridges and even downloaded new driver and reinstalled the printer twice. Help!!

What I installed was one of these two drivers, but I don't know which is which with these titles. Can anyone help with that?:

But for now, I can't print from CAD which is the only thing we use it for.
