DesignJet 1050c plus error code 00399A:000002

Have a seen a intermitent error code for APS ink system 0A0000 000002, powering on/off allows the printer to resume printing but now it doesn't. Ran diagnostics and received error code 00399A:000002 but can't find any related info on this error code. Need a little info, throw me a bone here please.

00399A:000001 Air pump failure Check connections and restart printer.
00399A:000002 Valve presence not detected Check connections and restart printer.
00399A:000004 No air pressure to ink cartridges or sensor failure Check connections and restart printer.
00399A:000005 No main system air pressure Check connections and restart printer.
00399A:000008 Valve fails Check connections and restart printer.
