HP Web Admin not updating Jetdirect Firmware

I am attempting to update the firmware on a few of my printers for both system and jetdirect. I can update the printer firmware fine but when attempting the jetdirect firmware upgrade I get a pending status for abut a 5 min period and then it stops with a warning. Not action takes place. This is consistent with all the printers I have. Ideas?

Now this response won't help with using WJA but what I use to upgrade JetDirect Firmware is HP's Download Manager. This always seems to do the trick

I agree with Brian. I gave up using HP WJA to do firmware upgrades. I have used HP Download Manager for quite some time now. I have never had a failure using this program to upgrade jetdirect firmware.
