I ordered an HP RP7 Retail System 7800 last week and discovered when I received it that the hard disk was just 35 GB instead of 350 GB (10% of what I expected). When I informed the dealer (ANTOnline.com) that I had received the wrong machine, they refused to provide an RMA number so I could return it. Turns out that ANTOnline.com is one of the most disreputable resellers on the Internet. How do I return this machine without an RMA number? It's useless to me.
