The only way you can get that information is to go through your vendor and get a quote for a specific model configured to your specifications.
There may be price configurators online for proliants, I don't know, but the PA-RISC and IA64 models you have to go through your vendor.

I don't believe there are PA-RISC machines available new any longer, but I could be wrong about that.
And I don't believe the reseller is going to be able to provide the information you're asking about without configuring a each, as these aren't "commodity" items, like PCs are.
and there are literally hundreds of different models / options.
